Sacred Sisterhood is a calling for heart-centered women who are ready to cultivate a life that allows their essence to break free, emerge and radiate in all aspects of their lives. This is a sacred journey into the process of reclaiming your power, realizing your wholeness and stepping into the Mother Archetype.
The Great Mother, the original goddess, the Mother archetype is one who embraces wholeness - all the light and all the dark. Mother energy encourages, acknowledges, and affirms our being through kindness, and absolute faith in the goodness of life. She makes the dark moments bearable because she bring us hope and renewal. We all have an inner mother that we can access at any time. To self-mother is to embrace all parts of you, fully surrendering to your human experience with a deep understanding that everything serves you in some way. Self-Mothering is a journey where we spiral inwards, descending to meet our essence, stripping away that which no longer serves, resting in the womb of the Great Mother, transforming and rising once again.

Are you ready to dive deep into what it means to wake up? Are you ready to embark on a journey to discover the wild, divine feminine within?
You are being called to learn the language of your soul through whole body activation to come into alignment and create a life of meaning, purpose and deep connection.
The Sacred Sisterhood is for all women. This journey is one that will awaken you to your wholeness. It is the sacred process of resourcing your intuition and integrating consciousness to truly align your body and soul. When you are in alignment with who you are, you feel alive, energized, inspired and deeply connected to the world around you. This is the path of self-discovery, self-reclamation, and remembering who you are.
Over the course of 6 months, we will be gathering to explore topics related to the cycle of awakening. Our twice per month circles will provide support, engagement and allow for you to be seen, heard and honoured in your journey as bring attention to the light and shadow that are calling your attention for inquiry and action.
I am offering one cohort of up to 8 women - we will meet once online and once in-person per month where we will deep dive into the Sacred Sisterhood teachings together. This experience is an initiation into Self-Mothering. I offer you a space for reconnection to a Village that recognizes the interrelatedness and interdependence of community and our wholeness.

The Sacred Sisterhood is for women who remember their reverence and wish to show their community and their families that we are the voice of the wells, the ones who hold the life-giving blood within our wombs. We hold the chalice for transformation and rebirth. We are ready to birth a new world. A world that our children will flourish in, one where the wells will never fun dry again.
By the end of our journey together, you will have discovered your own inner mother, having nurtured a sacred, intimate, and loving relationship with yourself and your life experience.
You will gain so much more awareness of your body, emotions, and soul becoming an empowered creator of your life.
You will cultivate a personal practice to honour the harmonious marriage between the masculine and feminine energies resulting in a stronger sense of stability, trust and well-being. Your vision and core values will become clear enabling you to grow through aligned action.
Self-Mothering is the greatest tool you can harness for expansion, empowerment, courage, clarity, nervous system regulation and self-awareness.

each call offers opportunity to learn + expand on the teaching, discuss + share, and a Q&A
our in-person gatherings are held at The Yurt just outside of city limits (full details and address will be shared upon booking)
twelve teachings (two per month) related to self-awareness, somatic healing, awakening, and personal development - see below
each teaching includes information + lessons related to the topic, integration work such as a meditation, yoga, a ritual, videos, journal worksheets, and recommended additional readings

one intuitive 1:1 coaching session with me for self-exploration to remove fears and blocks that may be holding you back from realizing your greatest desires

each month on the first and the 13th of the month, a teaching will be released with a topic of information, videos, tips, printable journal prompts, recommended book readings, a meditation and suggested tools to use

I know how hard it can be to take the time for yourself to really sink into connection with your body + intuition. The Sacred Sisterhood program is designed to give you simple, direct tools to assist you in this work without taking time away from the never-ending tasks of daily life. We take women and mothers to a higher level of awakening to discover their purpose in life while connecting with the mind, body and spirit. The awakened woman feels a whole new sense of freedom she never thought was possible.
Upon joining our program, you will be welcomed into our private online community to connect with the women in your circle. Here we will share our experiences and engage in monthly intuitive group readings, tips on working with the moon cycle and more. Throughout the program, you will be offered a 1:1 intuitive guidance session with me where we will explore your unique design and offer insight into your journey here in this lifetime.

a little about me….
My name is Jennifer and I have always had a deep connection to women + mothers. I am a mama of two children, an intuitive HSP + a community space holder. When my first child was born, my ideal of who I was + what kind of parent I wanted to be was tossed to the wind. I found myself asking “Who am I now?” “Why am I here?” “What is my legacy?”. Birth and postpartum, for me, has been the ultimate initiation. I started my work as a postpartum mentor working in homes with new families. Over time, I witnessed how deeply isolated women + mothers were with the lack of a village + the apparent loss of their identities. I became committed to cultivating community found incredible nourishment from gathering with women + sharing our stories. Our strengths are discovered within each other + we are meant to do this work together, within a village. Group coaching is the most transformational work. I honour you!
