I am Jennifer — Transitions Coach, Reiki Master, mother, and mentor. My life, like yours, is woven with wild beauty, sacred chaos, and the spiral path of change + becoming.

For over a decade, I’ve held space for women and mothers through community-building and mentorship. I hold the door open for those crossing thresholds and seasons of change — into grounding and transformation.
